Full creative direction, center-stage 360° set design and build, dynamic lighting systems, and production management coordinating 10+ chart-topping artists with complex technical requirements. Simultaneously managed Amazon Music's live broadcast across Prime Video and Twitch with multi-camera coverage and real-time arena-to-stream integration. Delivered seamless artist transitions, backstage logistics, and broadcast-quality production for 10,000+ in-venue attendees plus global streaming audience, establishing new standards for hybrid arena concerts and live streaming events.
