Early Order Rates: To receive early order rates shown below, submit your completed order form with credit card information at least 21 days before the event. Orders received after this period will be processed at the late order rate.

Labor: As the Miami Beach Convention Center is under IATSE labor jurisdiction, any order requiring labor—including the installation, dismantling, or operation of equipment during the event—will incur a Union labor charge. Clients are responsible for any union labor costs, where applicable. Upon receiving your AV order, we will provide a labor estimate.

FOR EXPO ORDERS ONLY: GT PRO does not supply labor to mount hanging brackets to your booth. This must be done prior to GT PRO setting up any equipment that is to be mounted on your booth.
To ensure we have all the necessary details to deliver an accurate estimate, please complete the separate labor form if labor services are required.
All labor is only an estimate, and finals will be billed based on actual hours and actual personnel used.
